Keith is an experienced production professional who thrives working with a strong team, creating a proud finished product, and enjoys the experiences of production work. My full range of production experience from the pre- to post-production process, gives me the understanding, proficiency, and knowledge necessary to be part of a successful shoot. I am friendly, easy to work with, and always strive to spread positivity and professionalism throughout any team I work on or lead.

 

Services:

Pre-production

• Create shoot schedule

• Create Call-Sheet

• Create Production Sheets

• Point/contact person for incoming talent: communicate all the necessary information they will need to be prepared for their role in a successful shoot in a timely manner before production. Also gather the necessary information the production team needs from incoming talent (clothing sizes, specific requests, etc.)

• Set-up green room

• Location Scouting

• Decor supply coordinator

• Set Decor planner

• Organize team meetings

• Order food/catering for production team

 

Production (shoot days):

• Production Coordinator

• Keep shoot/team on schedule

• Set Design

• Creative Director

  • Color theory/coordination

• Change Sets

• Contact person for talent. (ensure they remain happy)

• Wardrobe Assistant

• Write Director’s notes for Editors/Post-Production during filming

• Director of Still Photographs for video covers, previews, etc.

• Keep set common areas tidy and stocked

 

Post-Production:

• Transcribe & create Editor’s Notes

  • Time notes for: Stoppages, Second takes, Pauses, and all forseeable edits

• Create Post-Production sheets
