Keith’s mission statement:

“To guide others to discover freedom, abundance, and love, through yoga and human connection.”

Keith has been teaching since 2011 and has led several teacher trainings, workshops and festivals internationally, co-authored a yoga book, and has online classes featured on YogaDownload.com. He is passionate about connecting with others and sharing yoga with the world.

Keith's classes strive to strike a balance of mindfulness, physicality, and presence. Wherever a student is on their path, Keith encourages students to allow the practice feel good in their bodies. For Keith, yoga is not about accomplishing anything, but rather about connecting deeper to who we are, and leaving the practice happier to be alive.

Keith's journey to yoga has been infused with his curiosity for travel since the beginning. In 2006, the urge to wander, led Keith to Africa to teach English when he was 19. It was on this journey he practiced yoga for the first time in Moshi, Tanzania with Mt. Kilimanjaro in the background. Yoga moved Keith so deeply during his first class, he knew instantly it was to become a positive part of his life. His love of this practice has led Keith to study and practice with a variety of teacher's from different lineages, throughout the world.

In 2011, Keith's practice, study, and dedication to yoga grew exponentially. After studying at the Agama Yoga Institute, he deepened his understanding of the energetic qualities of the poses, the chakra system, and the power of meditation. Deeping into his practice in Guatemala, he learned to lighten up, and never take the practice too seriously. That year concluded at the Yandara Yoga Institute in Todos Santos, Mexico, where Keith received his 200 hour teaching certification. There, he learned the science of sequencing.

Upon moving to Boulder, Colorado in 2012, Keith discovered his current mentors, further developed his teaching style, and continued to be a student. His training still continues. He completed a ten-day Vipasana meditation retreat in Auckland, New Zealand, and went on to receive his Hot Yoga teaching certification in 2014 at the YogaPod in Boulder.

Keith taught consistently at top studios in Boulder and Denver between 2012 - 2017, and now travels internationally and teach retreats, trainings, and workshops around the world.

Keith currently leads 200-hour teacher trainings in Koh Phangan, Thailand, and has led 4 trainings in 2018.
