Festival Production

 

 In 2015 Keith Allen and Sarah Erickson co-created the inception of the True North  Cafe as part of the Wanderlust Festival, a respected, well-attended, and professional yoga + music festival in North America. 

 

Keith co-created the success of a new traveling cafe, leading the team, and operating day to day functions of service. 

 

Leadership Responsibilities Included:

• Ordering all equipment to open a coffee shop

• Inventory products for the opening of a mobile cafe

• Hiring Local Staff in Each Local

• Cafe Manager

• Budgeting Costs

• Team Manager
