KEITH ALLEN

Keith is a media producer and yoga teacher who is passionate about producing creative video content, sharing yoga and meditation with the world, and combining these passions. He currently teaches yoga internationally and online, and curates the content for YogaDownload.com, a top online yoga platform. Keith is also the co-author of the Yoga Fix Book (link to theyogafixbook.com), published in 2017, as a resource in yoga education. Producing photo & video content, co-leading teacher trainings, helping launch a magazine, and curating online content are part of his unique portfolio of work and project management skills.

Keith is passionate about using portrait photography and video to tell human stories with the power to connect people.
