Street comedian Charles was full of smiles. “Give me a minute, I’ll give you a thousand jokes. Why couldn’t the lifeguard save the hippie? He was too far out man,” he shares before breaking into a giggle. The 50-year old Aurora native spends most of his nights in  local hotel and doesn’t like to dwell on the struggles of street life. He’s been having a beautiful day, he explains, while sitting under a tree, chatting with friends. “I love the women! We have to find a girl to take a picture with me,” he exclaims. He continues, “I’ve never been married. It’s a regret man.” 

 

Prized Possession: A hat pin. “It’s cosmic. It’s cool. Someone gave it to me.”
